An end of tenancy clean is a professional clean carried out at the end of a tenancy to help meet the cleanliness requirements set out in most tenancy agreements and to support inspection and handover.
This is very much contingent on the size of your property. As a firm we usually deploy a minimum of two and a maximum of six BCM operatives so you can rest assured your property is in safe hands.
Each property takes a different length of time to clean depending on the size, number and condition of the rooms. Our bookings team will be happy to provide an estimation of works once supplied with the necessary information.
Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional products and machinery suitable for end of tenancy standards.
We can arrange key collection within a one mile radius (from a key safe or local letting agent), subject to availability.
We offer a range of additional services as part of your end of tenancy clean including external window cleaning, jet washing, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning et al.
Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of works. Payment can be made either via bank transfer or via credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.
All end of tenancy cleans include a 48-hour re-clean assurance. If any items are flagged against the agreed specification, we’ll arrange a revisit within the warranty period (evidence such as an inventory report/photos may be requested).
